Jonathan has been part of the Lancaster County Motors Subaru family since 2003. Over the years, he's grown with the dealership-starting as a Sales Consultant, moving into management roles, and now serving as our General Sales Manager.

He takes pride in the dealership's community outreach efforts and values the friendships and partnerships he's built along the way.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and their two kids.

Born and raised in Lancaster county and a graduate of Manheim Township.  Bill started his career in the automotive business in 2002 and has been part of the Lancaster County Motors family since 2013.   

He and his wife are very active in the Boy Scouts of America with their son.  Bill also loves fishing and watching the New York Giants.

Cathy has been part of Lancaster County Motors for seven years and has worked in the automotive industry for 23 years. She loves helping customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and takes pride in creating a relaxed, no-pressure experience.

Outside of work, Cathy enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, working in the garden, and reading. Her family also includes an energetic dog who keeps things lively at home.

When she's not at the dealership, you can usually find her in the swimming pool or curled up with a good book and her dog.

With over a decade of experience with the Subaru brand, Jason is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. 

As a proud Subaru owner himself, he understands firsthand the connection drivers have with their vehicles. 

When not at work Jason enjoys mountain biking and hiking with his family-always with their Subarus leading them to the trailhead. 

Rick is a true fan of Subaru's vehicles and the company's genuine commitment to the ideals and causes they support. 

He takes pride in helping his customers discover their perfect Subaru through a focus on the thoughtful features and extensive capabilities of each model. 

Outside of work, he and his wife Nicole stay busy keeping up with their three active boys: Lincoln, Lucas and Landon.

Ian enjoys helping customers find the perfect vehicle that fits their lifestyle and needs. With a friendly, no-pressure approach, he strives to make the car-buying process as easy, transparent, and stress-free as possible. 

He takes pride in creating a comfortable environment where customers feel confident in their decisions. 

Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time on his motorcycles, and can often be found playing basketball or soccer when he's not on the road.

Rachel is extremely customer-oriented and passionate about helping people find the right Subaru for their lifestyle. 

Her very first car was a '97 Subaru Outback, and she's been loyal to the brand ever since. She creates a welcoming, no-pressure experience for every customer, whether it's their first Subaru or their next adventure vehicle. Outside of work, Rachel is an animal lover who enjoys traveling, weightlifting, healthy cooking, and hiking.

Sean is driven by a deep passion for helping others. He is dedicated to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone he meets. His ultimate goal is to ensure every customer leaves with a smile, knowing they were treated with respect and integrity by a trusted dealership

Dan Gallagher is a motivated young professional with a passion for sales and customer relationships. A 2024 graduate of Ephrata high school, Dan began his career at Lancaster County Motor Subaru at 19 years old, where he developed a strong appreciation for the company's culture and commitment to excellence. Driven, personable, and eager to grow, he is dedicated to building lasting connections with clients while continuing to expand his expertise in the sales industry. 

Outside of work Dan values family, especially the time he spends with his two younger brothers and carries that same sense of support and teamwork into his professional environment.

Gary has spent 30 plus year in the car business dedicated to giving excellent customer service  and finding deals that works for the customer.

Outside of work , Gary enjoy spending his free time at the beach and grilling all types of food.

Craig has 17 years Sales Consultant with LCM and 32 years in car sales.
